All our reservations are subject to an associated cancellation policy.
Once the reservation is made through the website, phone, or email, you will receive an email/WhatsApp confirming the validity of the reservation with all the relevant information.
If you wish to change the reservation date or the number of people, your request will be accommodated as long as it is made at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation, and if there are available seats.
You can make the changes by calling the restaurant’s phone number or via email. Please note that NO CHARGE will be made to your credit or debit card at the time of making your reservation.
In the event that individuals do not show up, do not notify us with at least 24 hours’ notice before their reservation, do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the reserved time, or arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we will proceed to charge €20 per person.
Therefore, at the time of the reservation, and in order to guarantee your reservation, we will request a credit card. You can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 24 hours before the date and time of your reservation.
